hello marion,i know this is the banana flower.the banana flower is the flower of banana.if we open the inside,we can see small flower that would turn into banana.this flower which may also be called banana blossom,grows on the end of the selm holding a claster of banana.this is orrange yellow colour.we can also eat this.it is a tropical vegetables.you take the picture may be from paulcowan.
